Special Sessions

Have you ever felt like all you need is one conversation with a psychologist? Just one to get your head the way you need it to be. In order to make the decisions you need to/want to? Or you know you want to talk, but do not have the time to invest in multiple sessions?

Single Session Therapy is the idea of focusing on one problem and one goal in one session. It might be that you would like to find a psychologist to listen to what you are dealing with. Or to help you zoom in on all the possible sides of the problem. Maybe to help you look at possible solutions.

Intensives seem very expensive, but this is because you get all the attention on you. Right at the moment that you need it. This does not mean that you are never allowed to get therapy at another point, or have multiple sessions after. But the idea is that the intense nature will allow you to work on your issues.

The intensive sessions can be for an individual client for trauma therapy for example. It is an intense treatment, but can help you achieve a breakthrough. It is also something that can be used for couples. It allows you to work more effectively on specific issues. This without the weekly reset like when you go and see a psychologist once a week.
